This release is the first in a new UK Footwork series, titled #FWUK #TRAX. This series of compilations aims to showcase the best in producers based in the UK, each with their own twist on the Footwork/Juke style.
The first release features 'Questions' by Wellbelove, a deep dark vibe with hints of Jungle and a fat bassline. 'Wild!' by Crypticz harks back to the Chicago innovators while keeping a distinctive UK sound. 'When You Say' by Good Street Records owner Ventah is strong and driving, while 'Talkin Late' by Marvin Vital is a laid back, vocal track.
